Partner Ecosystem Development Manager

This is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to work closely with the founding team and scale up the Kooling’s partner ecosystem in a high-growth startup serving one of the most meaningful purposes of our times. You will be responsible for designing and executing the partnership strategy, structuring as well as sealing agreements at senior level with the world’s most prestigious businesses.

Responsibilities:

 

  • Consistently meet or exceed partners ecosystem growth goals as well as activity KPIs
  • Master Kooling’s value proposition verbally and in writing
  • Design the Partner Ecosystem Strategy for the Kooling technology platform 
  • Ensure paced execution of the strategy and alignment against project milestones
  • Structure and close partnership agreements that are mutually beneficial for Kooling and prospective partners
  • Engage professionally with Kooling current and prospective partners and clients
  • Conceptualise and create documents, collateral and reports in support to key activities and as required by management
  • Timely and accurately update internal systems including but not limited to CRM 
  • Regularly and proactively engage with business and technical leadership of Kooling 
  • Report to CEO

Experience:

  • At minimum 3 years of successful experience in a high pressure Enterprise Software role either in Partnerships, Direct Sales, Channel Sales or Enterprise Retail Sales
  • Ability to understand and navigate complex organisations and influence C-Level executives
  • First-class communication skills and relationship building
  • Strong understanding of either Enterprise Software, Mobility or Retail industries
  • Experience in Structuring Software Licensing and/or Partnership Agreements
  • Any experience in the Climate measurement or mitigation industry is a strong plus

Qualifications:

 

  • BSc/MSc in any field, high rates preferred 
  • Fluent in English; Fluency in any other European language a strong plus
