Operations Associate

This role is a unique opportunity to work closely with the founding team and get involved into a wide range of energising activities taking place in a small Tech Company experiencing glorious growth. In this exciting role you will be responsible for activities falling across several functional areas, from Project Coordination, to Marketing and Market Research. 

Your adventures at work:

 

  • Supporting ideation and executing marketing activities including both brand building and lead generation
  • Being in charge of the Kooling events & public speaking engagement calendar
  • Executing market research and making first contact with potential partners 
  • Coordinating hiring activities and contracts management 
  • Conceptualising and creating documents, collateral and reports in support to key activities and as required by management
  • Timely and accurately update internal systems 
  • Report to CEO

 

Things that will help you be successful:

 

  • Successful experience in a fast-paced role in a Tech company, either in Marketing, Partnerships or Sales 
  • First-class communication skills and relationship building
  • Passion for sustainability and energy efficiency
  • Strong understanding of either Enterprise Software, Mobility or Advertising industries
  • Driven, result oriented and accountable 
  • Hard working, organised and – like tennis champions – giving your best under pressure
  • A sense of adventure and willingness to grow within the company

 

Qualifications:

 

  • BSc/MSc in any field, first class preferred 
  • Fluent in English; Fluency in any other European language is a strong plus

  • (Lucky you) Working From_ The Hoxton, 32 Blackfriars Road, London
  • Summer office at the Seaside (Mediterranean Sea)
  • Hybrid/Remote arrangement possible
