Business Development Associate 

 

This is a junior and high-potential role offering to the right candidate the opportunity to work closely with the founding team and be involved in strategic decisions on how the business develops at global level. You will be responsible for driving operational excellence as well as interacting directly with clients and prospects at senior level within some of the world’s most prestigious businesses. This job is designed to evolve into a Business Development Manager after 9-12 successful months in role.

Your day-to-day:

 

  • Master Kooling’s value proposition and communicate it professionally verbally and in writing
  • Continuously research market trends, competition and any mission-relevant news
  • Design a communication strategy geared towards maximising lead generation
  • Execute the right mix of client-facing activities required to meet lead generation goals
  • Engage professionally with Kooling clients, prospects and partners
  • Conceptualise and create documents, collateral and reports as required by management
  • Design and/or optimize internal processes for performance including CRM automation
  • Update Kooling systems including but not limited to our CRM system
  • Engage with business and technical leadership of Kooling 
  • Participate to management meetings
  • Report to CEO
Experience
 
Ideally 2 years+ in any sales role in either a fast-pace tech startup or blue chip

Qualifications:

 

  • BSc/MSc in any field, high grades and/or business studies preferred
 

Location

 

  • Kooling office in central London with some flexibility 
 

Other Requirements:

 

  • Possible UK and international travel
  • Fully valid Passport granting access to EU and European countries
  • Fluent in English
  • Fluency in any other European language is a strong advantage
