This is a junior yet high-potential role offering to the right candidate the opportunity to work closely with the founding team and be involved in strategic decisions on how the business develops at global level. You will be responsible for driving operational excellence as well as interacting directly with clients and prospects at senior level within some of the world’s most prestigious businesses.
 
Your adventures at work

 

  • Master understanding and communication of Kooling’s core values and business proposition  
  • Design a communication strategy to maximise brand awareness and lead generation
  • Execute the right mix of client-facing activities required to meet business goals
  • Engage professionally and promptly with Kooling clients, prospects and partners
  • Conceptualise and create documents, collateral and reports as required by management
  • Design and/or optimize internal processes for performance including CRM automation
  • Update Kooling systems including but not limited to our CRM system
  • Engage with business and technical leadership of Kooling 
  • Participate to management meetings
  • Report to CEO

Qualifications

 

  • BSc/MSc in any field, first class preferred 
  •  Fluent in English; Fluency in any other European language is a strong plus

  • Summer office at the Seaside (Mediterranean Sea)
  • Hybrid/Remote arrangement possible
